Dryxalonphraxell provides event planning and party styling services, which are customized and time-sensitive in nature. Due to the personalized nature of our services and the advance planning required, our return and refund policies differ from traditional product returns.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and begin the planning process. This deposit covers initial consultation time, design development, and administrative costs. Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances, including event cancellation or postponement.
Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event date may receive a refund of 50% of payments made beyond the deposit. Cancellations made 60-90 days before the event may receive a 25% refund of payments beyond the deposit. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event are not eligible for any refund, and full payment of contracted services is required.
If you need to postpone your event, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date subject to availability. Postponements must be requested in writing at least 45 days before the original event date. One postponement is permitted without penalty. Additional postponements may incur rescheduling fees.
Changes to your service package or event details must be requested in writing. We will accommodate modifications when possible, but changes made within 30 days of the event may be subject to additional fees. Reducing services does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, venue closures, or government restrictions, we will work with you to reschedule your event. No refunds will be provided for force majeure events, but we will apply your payments to a rescheduled date.
We are committed to exceeding your expectations. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us immediately so we can address your concerns. We will work diligently to resolve any issues and ensure your event meets our high standards of quality.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
