Dryxalonphraxell provides event planning and party styling services for small gatherings, including consultation, design development, vendor coordination, decor sourcing, setup, and day-of coordination. Specific services are outlined in individual service agreements.
To secure our services, a signed contract and deposit are required. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are specified in your service agreement. All prices are subject to change without notice until a contract is signed.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their event, obtaining necessary permits and permissions for venues, ensuring venue access for setup, and making timely decisions regarding design and vendor selections. Delays caused by client decisions may affect service delivery.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event may receive a partial refund of payments beyond the deposit. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are subject to full payment of contracted services.
Dryxalonphraxell is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including venue issues, vendor failures, or force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Dryxalonphraxell and protected by copyright laws. Custom designs created for your event remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may photograph events for portfolio and marketing purposes. By using our services, you grant us permission to use event photos on our website and social media unless you opt out in writing before the event.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
